Media Installation
Dimensions variable
Inhabitance is a multimedia hybrid sculpture and product of interdisciplinary doctoral research. The work was originally on view as a site-specific installation from April 30 – May 7, 2021 behind the Town of Pearisburg’s historic community center, which was once a high school. It was reinstalled in the Moss Arts Center's Ruth C. Horton Gallery at Virginia Tech from December 2 - 18, 2021. Inhabitance explores the transformation of trauma embodiment into embodied presence.
